However, after increasing the amount of insurance coverage, the rate quoted is not what my bills reflect nor the documents received, not even on the State Farm app. I inquired with the agent, Jennifer, and also asked for updated documents with "correct" rates, yet am still awaiting after one week. Accurate documentation should never be an issue nor having the bill rate reflect what a customer agreed to in a revised quote. Make sure you review your documentation!"
